Yes! Our shop is located at 3927 Manchester Road SE Calgary and we are open from 11 am – 6 pm Monday to Saturday.

We deliver to Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere, Red Deer and Edmonton

Delivery is based on your location. Within Calgary limit, the delivery cost is a flat fee of $13. The surrounding areas will vary between $24 and $45 depending on your delivery address.

While we can’t always guarantee flower/colour requests we will always try to accommodate! If you’re still unsure, feel free to give us a call at 403 – 386 – 0330!

YES! You can find all of our wedding information at amborellawedding.ca. We want to help keep your costs low by offering a totally online shopping experience. Just treat our wedding store like you’re shopping online, add all items to your shopping cart, give us your wedding details and pay on the spot – it’s that easy, no consults needed! Of course! Please submit the Custom Order form and we will be happy to build an arrangement to your higher budget needs! If you’re just looking for a smaller custom bouquet, please come into the shop or give us a call!

With proper care, it is typical for our flowers to last anywhere from 5 – 7 days*. Different varieties of flowers will last longer than others so it is tough to know exactly how long each bloom will last as Mother Nature is always unexpected! Be sure to keep your arrangement away from heat, sun and fruit, trim the stems and change the water every other day and your bouquet will be happy!
*Peonies have a slightly shorter life at 3-5 days!

All our deliveries are managed by Deeleeo Monday-Friday and holidays. Based on the phone number and email you submit in the delivery details, you will recieve a text and email regarding your delivery. You can contact Deeleeo directly by calling 877-333-5330

For your convenience, placing and order via our website is encouraged but we can certainly accommodate orders via email!

While we understand that getting your flowers at a specific time is important, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. Our courier company, Deeleeo, manages all of our deliveries and will try their best to deliver your order within regular delivery hours.

Flowers are a natural product and they go through various growing seasons that yield a variety of different sized blooms. Much like snowflakes – no two flowers are exactly the same!

Sizes for each bouquet or arrangement will greatly vary throughout the year due to each flower type that is currently in season, so we always suggest going by the value of the flowers within your arrangement rather than looking at overall size. Again, a “one size fits all” type of approach does not apply to natural products! An example of this is a Peony in June is larger in size than a Tulip in January, however they are the same price in their respective seasons!

Wedding FAQs

Due to the perishable nature of flowers we do not have samples available to view. Please visit our #amborellawedding hashtag on Instagram for all of our most recent wedding photos.

Our florists are trained to ensure that the flowers are closely designed to match the information you have provided. If we do not feel that it is clear we will get in touch with you. Unfortunately previewing the flowers before delivery or pickup is not something we provide. The reason for this is: we have multiple weddings every weekend and it would simply halt our workflow to accommodate this to everyone. Please read the terms and conditions before placing your order.

You can call us anytime regarding your order! We’re here to put your mind at ease 😉 If you want to come in to speak with someone directly, please email us first at events@amborella.ca so that we can ensure the designers assigned to you are around!

You will notice that our pricing is different from other local florists, this is because we have worked so hard to create a website to eliminate the need for consultations. The reduced prices are a reflection of the labour that is not required when you order online, consultations being one component of that.

We will call you after your order has been placed to go over all your order details. 

Consultations are available for couples that have custom requirements such floral installations and other on-site designing day of event. To request a consultation please click here.

After including your flower requests and inspirations, we will be using florals that are in season and available to us locally in Alberta and BC. This is to ensure your get the most bang for your buck! Many other florists recieve their flowers from overseas growers which ultimately increases the cost of your flowers giving you smaller arrangements and a bigger bill. We like to avoid this at all costs!

Delivery within Calgary is $60, if you require delivery to the mountains, Red Deer or Edmonton please let us know!
