Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes! Our shop is located at 3927 Manchester Road SE Calgary and we are open from 11 am – 6 pm Tuesday to Saturday.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere, Red Deer and Edmonton

How much is delivery?

Delivery is based on your location. Within Calgary limit, the delivery cost is a flat fee of $14. The surrounding areas will vary between $24 and $45 depending on your delivery address.

Can I customize my online order?

While we can’t always guarantee flower/colour requests we will always try to accommodate! If you’re still unsure, feel free to give us a call at 403 – 386 – 0330!

I don’t quite see the size I had in mind for an arrangement. Can I have a larger arrangement made?

Of course! Please submit the Custom Order form and we will be happy to build an arrangement to your higher budget needs! If you’re just looking for a smaller custom bouquet, please come into the shop or give us a call!

How long should my flowers last?

With proper care, it is typical for our flowers to last anywhere from 5 – 7 days*. Different varieties of flowers will last longer than others so it is tough to know exactly how long each bloom will last as Mother Nature is always unexpected! Be sure to keep your arrangement away from heat, sun and fruit, trim the stems and change the water every other day and your bouquet will be happy!
*Peonies have a slightly shorter life at 3-5 days!

What time will my delivery arrive?

All our deliveries are managed by Deeleeo Monday-Friday and holidays. Based on the phone number and email you submit in the delivery details, you will recieve a text and email regarding your delivery. You can contact Deeleeo directly by calling 877-333-5330

Can I call you to place an order?

Yes! Give us a call at 403-386-0330 Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm Saturday

Can I email you to place an order?

For your convenience, placing and order via our website is encouraged but we can certainly accommodate orders via email!

Can I specify a preferred time of delivery?

While we understand that getting your flowers at a specific time is important, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. Our courier company, Deeleeo, manages all of our deliveries and will try their best to deliver your order within regular delivery hours.

What size of bouquet can I expect to receive?

Flowers are a natural product and they go through various growing seasons that yield a variety of different sized blooms. Much like snowflakes – no two flowers are exactly the same!

Sizes for each bouquet or arrangement will greatly vary throughout the year due to each flower type that is currently in season, so we always suggest going by the value of the flowers within your arrangement rather than looking at overall size. Again, a “one size fits all” type of approach does not apply to natural products! An example of this is a Peony in June is larger in size than a Tulip in January, however they are the same price in their respective seasons!

What types of flowers do you use in your arrangements?

WEDDINGS FAQS

How does it work?

Ordering wedding flowers doesnt have to be stressful, time consuming, or expensive. 1. You provide some inspiriation photos and descriptions for how you'd like your flowers to look, 2. You pick which flower arrangements you want, and 3. We take care of the rest! We'll take your inspiration photos and match them based on the time of year and availability of flowers. How far in advance do I have to order?

Although sooner is typically better, we understand that sometimes last minute is the only option. Thanks to modern technology and our warehouse capacity, we are able to accomodate rush orders up to one week in advance!

What if I want a specific flower in my bouquet?

Feel free to include a few of your favourite flowers in the description with your order, but flower availability will vary based on what's in season and what is available. We will do our very best to accommodate and match your vision! If your desired flower is not in season, special ordering may be possible for an additional fee. Please email events@amborella.ca to make special requests.

Can I add things onto my order?

Of course! We allow changes or add-ons to orders up to 10 days in advance. Simply give us a call or email us at events@amborella.ca

Is there a minimum spend?

No, Amborella will never lock their customers into a minimum spend!

Do you deliver? Can I pick up my flowers the day before?

We offer both Deivery and Pick up options. You may pick up your flowers the day before.

Cancellation Policy?

A full or partial refund may be granted if requested with enough time. If you'd like to cancel please email events@amborella.ca as soon as possible.

What happens after I confirm my order online?

Once you place an order, an Amborella Team Member will schedule a complimentary post-order call to go over your order with you. This call will typically be scheduled for 3-5 weeks before your wedding. When we've gone over your order and confirmed the details with you, your flowers will be ready for pick up on your specified date, or delivered to your requested delivery address on your specified date.

Do you work with silk flowers? Do you have access to dyed flowers?

Amborella is proud to work with some of the finest fresh flowers in Canada, shipped weekly from Beautiful British Columbia. Therefore we do not work with faux, silk, or dyed flowers.

Can I book a Consultation?

By providing photos of your wedding inspiration online, we are able to bypass the need for a consultation and therefore save you money while maintaining the quality of our professionally curated wedding florals. Every order includes a complimentary 15 minute call to touch base and go over your purchase. If you would prefer a full consultation, please include a Colsutation purchase in your order.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes, we are happy to offer after-pay on orders larger than $500.
