Online Wedding/Events Terms and Conditions
Amborella Floral Studio Inc. – Weddings & Events Terms
To reserve your wedding or event date, full payment for your floral order is required at the time of booking. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received.
📋 Order Revisions
A complimentary 15 minute post-order call is scheduled approximately 3–5 weeks prior to your event date. During this call, we’ll review your order and make any necessary adjustments.
If you wish to make changes before that time, please purchase a consultation or contact our events team by email at events@amborella.ca and include your order number. Retail staff are not trained to make changes to event orders — please contact our event team directly.
Any updates must be confirmed in writing by the person who placed the order.
🔁 Decreases & Cancellations
Cancellations or decreases in order value must be submitted in writing at least 21 days prior to your event date by emailing events@amborella.ca. Refunds (full or partial) will be issued for reasonable requests made within this window.
If your wedding or event is postponed, your order can be transferred to a new date. Amborella Floral Studio reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if we determine we cannot fulfill the order as intended.
💰 Refund Policy
All wedding and event florals are final sale, as these items are custom-made and heavily used throughout the day of your event. We want you to love your flowers — if there’s an issue, please notify us before your ceremony start time so we can help. For day-of emergencies, call 403-386-0330.
No refunds or credits will be issued once your florals have left Amborella Floral. Please review your care instructions, provided in your order confirmation email and attached to your order at pickup/delivery, as well as noted below.
🌿 Care Instructions
- Top up water immediately upon arrival if any loss occurred during transport.
- Keep flowers away from heat, cold, and drafts.
- Handle all floral pieces minimally.
- Bouquets should be placed in their provided vase when not being held.
- Corsages and boutonnieres should remain sealed and refrigerated until use.
Amborella photographs all items prior to delivery or pickup to ensure quality. Once the order leaves our studio, we cannot be responsible for damages.
📸 Inspiration Photos
Uploaded images are for design inspiration only; the final product may vary based on seasonality and product availability. Please avoid images featuring flowers or materials we don’t carry (e.g., gerbera daisies, tropicals, colour-treated flowers).
If you have personal memorabilia you’d like included, please discuss this in your post-order call — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
📝 Miscellaneous
If dropping off any sentimental items, please clearly label them with your full name and event date. For any custom design requests not available online, email events@amborella.ca before placing your order. Amborella Floral reserves the right to decline custom requests that cannot be fulfilled properly.
