Refund Policy

Cut Flower Longevity and Quality

With proper care, it is typical for our flowers to last anywhere from 5 – 7 days. Different varieties of flowers will last longer than others. Some may last up to two weeks!

We guarantee our flowers will thrive for 24 hours after shipment has been fulfilled.

If you are not satisfied with your flowers’ longevity or quality you must send an email to: within 24 hours of receiving the package. We require a description and a photo for any credit request to be accepted or considered. We will be unable to issue any compensation for orders past 1 week of the original delivery date.

Proof of purchase will be required.

Partial credit may be issued for the value of the stems that have been affected, not the entire bouquet.

Refunds are issued in the form of an in-store credit that is usable for future orders.

Plant Longevity and Quality

With proper care and the right environment you can expect your new plant to grow to be enjoyed for a long, long time.

Due to the nature of potted plants, they are all FINAL SALE. Once they have left our store, we are unable to exchange or replace them.

Plants / Flowers and Your Pet

Please refer to our plant and flower care pages before purchasing to ensure the flowers / plant is non-toxic to your pet. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to ensure measures are taken to prevent plants or flowers from being consumed.

Please be advised all our fresh / living products are farm grown and not for consumption.

Call your veterinarian right away if you suspect consumption.

Non-Perishable Merchandise

Returns are eligible for exchange or in store credit only.

Damaged Product During Delivery

A photo must be sent to immediately after delivery has been successful (within 3 hours of the arrival) for credit requests to be considered.

Please note that all refunds are subject to a 2.75% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling orders for delivery or pickup

Cancellation requests must be submitted to us by email 24 hours prior to the flowers scheduled delivery date. Please reference your order number.

An in-store credit or a refund will be issued.

Cancelling Subscriptions

All subscriptions can be managed via your Amborella Floral Account. Cancellation can happen anytime without penalty. If cancellation occurs with an outstanding bouquet delivery, the remaining bouquets will be sent regardless. Refunds on outstanding bouquets will not be available.
